Born of Terroir, Crafted with Sprit
Wild Horse Wines was born at the foothills of Ningxia’s Helan Mountains, a land defined by gravelly soils, cool desert nights, and endless horizons. It is here that our vines take root, shaped by nature into grapes of distinctive character.
The name Wild Horse evokes freedom, strength, and the untamed beauty of life. It reflects our belief that wine is not just a drink, but a vessel for spirit – a dialogue between people and the land.
Founded in 2021 by Jamison Lim and Jenny Lai, after years of wine knowledge gained in Australia, Wild Horse began with a dream: to craft a Chinese wine that could surprise, delight, and stand proudly on the world stage. With the help of trusted grape growers on the eastern slopes of the Helan Mountains, and guided by Australian winemaker Oliver Crawford and young Chinese winemaker Eric Guan, that dream became reality.
Today, every wine we release is produced in limited batches of only 1,800–2,000 bottles, ensuring precision, authenticity, and respect for nature. Each bottle carries not only the essence of the land, but also the poetry of desert winds, solitary sunsets, and the timeless spirit of freedom.
Wild Horse is more than wine — it is an invitation to pause, to reflect, and to discover your own horizon.
